Satori Life Tech Co., Ltd. (“Satori Life Tech”, “we”, “us”) is a marine biotechnology house supplying microalgae essences, bioactive peptides, and contract anti-aging R&D to skincare brands. We are the controller of the information described in this policy.

What this policy covers
This policy applies to satorilifetech.com and to enquiries you send us through it. It does not govern information exchanged under a signed supply, development, or non-disclosure agreement — those relationships are covered by the terms of the agreement itself, which prevails over this policy wherever the two differ.
Information we collect
What you send us
The enquiry form on this site asks for your brand name, your name and title, your email address, the nature of your enquiry, and whatever you write in the message field. The newsletter field asks only for an email address. If you write or call us directly, we hold whatever that correspondence contains.
Everything here is voluntary. We ask for business contact details, not personal ones, and we do not require any information beyond what is needed to answer you.
What is collected automatically
This site is hosted on Amazon Web Services and served through its content delivery network. As with any web server, delivering a page produces a request log — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser user-agent, and response status. These logs exist to deliver the site and to defend it against abuse. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and we do not join them to anything you send us.
Third parties
Two third parties are involved in showing you this page:
- Amazon Web Services hosts the site and serves it from its edge network. AWS processes the request logs described above on our behalf.
- Google Fonts supplies the two typefaces this site uses. Your browser requests them from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which means Google receives your IP address and user-agent when the page loads. Google states that it does not use these requests to identify you or to serve advertising. We have no control over what Google does with that request beyond what its own policies say.
Nothing you type into a form on this site is sent to either of them.
How we use information
- To answer your enquiry and, if it goes further, to negotiate and manage a commercial relationship with you or your company.
- To send the newsletter, if you asked for it.
- To keep the site available, secure, and free of abuse.
- To meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We do not use it to train machine-learning models.
Who we share it with
We disclose information only in these situations: to service providers who host our site or handle our email, acting on our instructions and bound to confidentiality; to our professional advisers where they need it; where a law, regulator, or court compels disclosure; and to a successor entity if the business is sold or merged, in which case this policy travels with the information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and the correspondence that follows are kept for as long as the commercial relationship is live, and afterwards for as long as we need them for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are retained for a short operational window and then discarded. If you ask us to delete something and no legal obligation requires us to keep it, we will.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop sending you the newsletter. Email admin@satorilifetech.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these.
If you are in California
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, gives you the right to know what categories of personal information we have collected and the purposes for it, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that Act, so there is no opt-out to exercise — but the other rights are yours on request.
If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland
You additionally have the right to object to or restrict our processing, the right to receive a portable copy of what you gave us, and the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. Our lawful bases are your consent (for the newsletter), our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and securing the site, and the performance of a contract where one exists.
International transfers
We operate from the United States and our hosting and email providers process data there. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and stored in the United States, whose data protection law may differ from your own. Where a transfer of this kind requires a safeguard under applicable law, we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to enquiry correspondence to the people who need it, and we hold our providers to their own security commitments. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — which is why we ask you not to send confidential formulations or trade secrets through the enquiry form. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will contact you directly rather than rely on you noticing.
